Jacqueline Smart is a Director at VWM. She has prepared financial analyses for hundreds of legal matters and performs a wide variety of forensic accounting and litigation consulting services. Ms. Smart’s experience includes: fraud and embezzlement investigations; accounting for partnership and shareholder disputes; Ponzi schemes; Alter Ego liability; breach of contract; lost profits; unjust enrichment; loss of earnings; business valuations; gross cash flow available for spousal and child support; tracing of separate and community property funds; Moore/Marsden calculations; apportionment of stock options between community and separate property; analysis of apportionment issues including cases using Pereira and Van Camp; analysis of reimbursement claims; and other economic damages calculations. Ms. Smart has qualified as an expert and testified in Orange County and Los Angeles Superior Court.
